  • Recurring services (such as monthly SEO) will be billed on a regular schedule unless canceled in writing.

5. Refund Policy

6. Intellectual Property

7. Results Disclaimer

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. If terminated:

  • The client will be invoiced for any work completed up to the termination date.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services.

Rank Prodigy SEO Agency shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including lost profits or data.
