Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The project has not yet started.

• The scope of work delivered is substantially different from what was agreed upon in the signed agreement.

• A written refund request is submitted within 7 days of the initial payment.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the project has commenced.

• Lack of results within unrealistic timeframes (SEO is a long-term strategy).

• Delays caused by missing input, feedback, or approvals from the client.

• Services or deliverables that have already been completed or partially delivered.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and returned via the original payment method.
